Yudha Herlangga, S.H., M.H.

Yudha Herlangga is the Managing Partner at Herlangga Nugraha Praya, Attorneys at Law. He is a registered Advocate under PERADI and is also a licensed Curator and Administrator.

Yudha earned his Bachelor of Laws degree from Universitas Bung Hatta, Padang, and Master of Business Laws degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Yogyakarta.

With extensive experience in handling various legal disputes before the courts, Yudha has developed significant expertise in administrative law, including but not limited to administrative disputes related to mining business permits, land disputes, and cases involving unlawful acts committed by government officials.

In addition, Yudha is highly experienced in civil law matters related to corporate and investment sectors, including but not limited to conducting legal due diligence in merger and acquisition transactions.

As a curator, Yudha graduated as the best participant in the Curator and Administrator Training Program organized by one of the official Curator and Administrator organizations in Indonesia.
